I joined this family in 2017 and have been an active member since then. I must say that it has been one of the best decisions in my life. It helped me not only learn self defense but also in a number of other ways. for example weight loss, improved health and immunity, improved self confidence, discipline and punctuality etc. Karate is not a sport only for kids, it’s for everyone regardless of age and gender.
